Shoreditch Church is the parish church and its leaders have some legal responsibilities.
The church is currently in an interregnum, so we have no vicar at present
We have two church wardens. They represent the bishop and have legal charge over the church building and all its contents. They support the vicar both with work and personal issues.
The treasurer writes the accounts. These are published by the Charity Commissioners. She controls all finances and assets.
There is a Parochial Church Council made from the membership. It meets several times a year and itself a legal entity. The Council helps guide the church in its plans and achievements.
